Terms of service

By placing an order with Velcrest Prime you agree to these terms.

Pricing. Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT unless stated
otherwise. We take care to price accurately but reserve the right to correct
obvious errors and to limit quantities on any item.

Orders. An order is only confirmed once payment is received and we send
confirmation. Product availability is not guaranteed until confirmed; if an item
is out of stock we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.

Products & warranties. Product images and descriptions are for guidance.
Appliances and branded goods carry the manufacturer's warranty; keep your proof
of purchase. Installation and pool-service work (Velcrest Pool Xpert) is quoted
and governed separately in writing.

Divisions. Velcrest Prime is the trading brand for its divisions — Velcrest
Pool Xpert, Velcrest Home, Velcrest Kids and Velcrest Time. All are operated by
the same business, serving Bronkhorstspruit and nationwide since 1982.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the
value of the goods purchased. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
