Shipping policy

Where we deliver. Nationwide across South Africa, dispatched from our
Bronkhorstspruit showroom via reputable couriers.

Free shipping on orders over R5,000. Smaller orders are charged at
checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight/size.

In-store collection from Shop 8, Kungwini Crossing, De La Rey St,
Bronkhorstspruit is always free — select it at checkout.

Dispatch & delivery times. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3
business days (subject to stock and payment clearance). Main-centre delivery is
usually 2–4 business days after dispatch; outlying areas may take longer. Large
or bulky items (e.g. major appliances, pool equipment) may be quoted or
scheduled separately.

Tracking. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships. Please
inspect your delivery on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours to
pools@velcrest.africa.
